Wild Violet Jelly
Nothing to do with cows but it's still fun on the farm :)
Find wild violets
Pick only the tops
at least two cups
pour boiling water on them
stir
water starts turning color
let them soak
water keeps changing
drain and save the water
save in the refrigerator if you don't have time to make it into jelly right away
add sugar
add lemon juice
